Burnsville Family Physicians, P.A. is an independent family practice clinic. We have been in business since 1982, serving Burnsville and the surrounding communities. Originally located off Burnsville Parkway and 35W for thirteen years, we moved the practice to our current location at 625 E Nicollet Boulevard, Suite 100, in 1999. We are conveniently located on the corner of Nicollet Boulevard and Portland Avenue, just north of County Road 42, in the Oak Ridge Professional building. For map and directions, click here.

Our Dedicated Physicians and Staff

We are a group of six highly dedicated family practice physicians, who bring a broad spectrum of experience to our practice. Our support staff of seventeen highly motivated individuals, bring together a strong and diverse skill set, and assist the physicians in providing a level of care for our patients that we are very proud of.
