At an open house as we celebrate 30 years as an independent family practice clinic.

 

Burnsville Family Physicians is extremely proud, and excited to have been a part of this wonderful community, and to have had the opportunity to serve our patients over these past 30 years.

 

We are looking forward to the opportunity to enhance these relationships in the future.

 

We will be celebrating you, our patients, our staff (past and present), and the continuing success and longevity of Burnsville Family Physicians.
